I have owned this car for 16 years. It is not perfect. There is NO rust however there are some dents, scratches, and crazing in the paint. The 914 is very quick and handles with precision.

Are the flares steel or fiberglass.?
dheinz
The flairs are steel and were added in 1976 by the original owner.

The original owner emailed me saying his son saw my ad on Pelican site. He identified the 914 by the unique badges flanking the license plate and sent me photos
from the '70s in California showing the car with the badges and flairs. He stated that he bought the car new, ordered it in black, and still has the original sales invoice.

The 914 generated much interest at Hershey but is still for sale.

Very cool 914 - looking to sell my Tiger, if it goes quickly this would make a nice addition to my garage.
