How do I find my past thread/post. Do I go to "my controls" first?

If it's fairly recent and you haven't posted more than 10 times, just click on "My Assistant" in the upper right of the page, just above the ad area. A window will pop up and there's a menu of links, click on "My Last 10 Posts"

Click on your own name to get to your profile, then select "Profile Options" on the right and select "Find Member's Posts" to see your posts sorted by date or select "Find Member's Topics" to get a list of your threads sorted by date.
