Hi in replacing the turn switch I destroyed my wiper switch. Couple questions, first it seems that there were several versions of the wiper assembly for different years. Mine is a 1972, do I have to use from that year only? Second question, do I need to pull the steering column out to replace it? Could not find any you tube videos or instructions on line. Any help here would be greatly appreciated! Thanks
