Is there such a thing as different shaped blocks for power sanders?
I'd like something skinny that will get in a narrow channel (like the channels for the seals).
I've seen ones for hand sanding, but I wonder if anything exists for power sanders.

Sometimes a blaster works fastest and is best.

I've seen sanding wheels for both Dremel & drill, which may be small enough for your front trunk seal channel, etc.

This works pretty good for getting into the channels
$3.79 at HF
Be sure to have eye protections because little pieces fly off of it.

Bag or box of tricks. All different size and types of tools if not blasting.
