If you can't locate a nice set, then you can probably restore them by stripping, filling divots, rechroming & repainting them/it.
For the divot filling, you can get an "Aluminum Welding Kit" from Vintage Trailer Supply which is essentially pot-metal like the frames are made of, & you use a small pencil blowtorch to fill in any rusted holes, then sand to smooth with 400 - 1000 grit - then off to the chrome shop, then paint after chroming (make sure to match paint colors before stripping).
