Jeff - all USA tires have the DOT date code, & it should be in that oval area at the top of the pic on the sidewall, & each tire should have one, but sometimes the tire shops are doofus & mount them on the inside face.

They may argue, but it can be balanced that way, & they'll need to clean the inside faces to bare metal so that they'll stick. Shoot, that one the guy could've attached inside through the dang hole, & your inner rim looks as clean as the outside!
