I am cleaning up the interior floor pan. I went to napa to get their grey self etching primer. Even though it will be covered with tar and carpet I just did not want to use the green stuff. I forgot to get seem sealer so I went to O'Rielly's to get that. While searching for the seem sealer I spotted this. I sprayed A small amount and it seems close to the original Click to view attachment

Mar-Hyde is a 3M brand, so it's likey a top quality product. I'll look for it next time I need some primer, which is likely soon... sawzall-smiley.gif welder.gif

Mar-hyde great products. Try the black trim paint, bumpers, valances. (not for you, but!) And Not Engine grill, it's more bar-bQ black.

All good but you can't beat a Valspar two part epoxy based primer. My car has it throughout / beachside and not one speck of penetration..
