I saw a VERY nice red 914 driving through Corvallis Oregon a couple weeks ago. This one had a luggage rack on the rear lid (no it wasn't Sirandy's - much nicer Seriously, it looked like a pristine car more than an AX beast), so that should narrow things down big time. I don't know if it's a local or just passing through. But I'm asking in case it is a local I don't know. Jamie, do you know who this was? Anyone else have a clue?

Tom has a 73 2.0 Phoenix Red car in Corvallis. I don't remember it having a luggage rack. There is an older gentleman in town with a red 75 that is original owner with like 78k on it when I met him. Was a sweet car with perfect interior. Only local drivers I know of besides a black six & I know it wasn't that one
