I believe that was your first event with your 914. Your car is coming along quite nicely...hope to see it soon.

Mostly just getting everything in working order and some interior & cosmetic upgrades.

It's now a clean and reliable fun car that I have put about 700 miles on.

Valve guides are starting to wear so only thing left to do is complete the restoration. The plan is to upgrade the motor rebuild to a 2,056 and full repaint with rust repair. I'm not in a hurry because the car runs great and I'm really enjoying it. Not looking forward to taking it off the road for 4-6 months and spending the $.

I'm thinking of organizing a local 914 run later in the summer. Maybe take in a Pelican event and head up the coast to Malibu for lunch and back to the 101 across Mulholland Hwy. That would be a great day.
