Any recommendations for a replacement passenger side mirror besides the stock?

Yes, replace it with a STOCK MIRROR..........

Remove it completely and turn your head.

Or pick anything from the vast multitude of ugly non-stock mirrors.

I'd go with the same as the drivers side, stock.

I have the stock left (drivers) side mirror on both sides. An actual passengers side mirror housing has a different mirror but they are hard to find.

If you must have a mirror I agree - same as stock driver's side.

Whenever I send a car to paint I make sure they fill the following:

Passenger Mirror Holes
Rear Reflector Holes
Hood Badge Holes
