Has anybody had to repair an L-Jet (1.8) fuel injection boot? Mine has a tear in one of the accordian ribs that goes about 1/3 of the way around it. I'm thinking some oil/fuel resistant silicone.
Also, anyone know if/where I can get a replacement?

my dad took some electrical tape to a FI injection boot to a old BMW....held well, from what I heard.
