Dang, that is some heavy surgery right there. The fenders look great.

Are the warts and wart holes going to go away?
Cairo94507
I love the warts - they stay.

They will look better on Michaels' car than they did hanging in my shop. I got them to black hole for my own 6, but it's found a new home.

You and Mr. Banananose like those damn warts. I'm going to scrub 'em if I can get Kent to paint my car.

banananose914
Scrub a dub, dub, the warts stay on the tub.

Hi Luke,
I'll be parting it out. Some parts will go to my six. PM if there's anything you need.

Sadly, in the wild, some must die so others may live. Here we have a very nice green car giving its life to help others in need. We offer thanks and bow our heads in prayer. pray.gif

Nice looking fender Kent. How is the backside?
Blue6
Yep, the green hornet is a very nice car. I dated all my wives in that little beauty. I still want to buy the seat. smile.gif

Amazed at what nice donor parts you guys get out west...the stuff in the east is usually almost as rusty as the stuff being replaced!

That's why I'm buying the $500 chassis.

Uh, Dave. Don't you mean you got pregnant in that car? I think your last kid had my eyes. I initially thought that the 914 was a small car, but you sure changed my mind. You are one flexible lady. I want to thank you for that. And Kent, don't use any black lights near that car. You may see some things you don't want to see.

Wow. Just know that we're here to help you. Nobody is going to hurt you. Just let the nice men put the nice white coat on you. We've told you before to wear a mask when you help Kent with the paint work. sad.gif

So True. What we think is nice vs what is really nice. Hopefully west coasters understand "that" when making a purchase from the EC? And living in the south where minimal salt is used on the roads in the winter- we stay clear of used vehicles from the North...

Notice how the picture of the nice spot welds is Crystal clear, then the one with the nasty seam welds is all out of focus, then the ground nice finished panel is all crisp again!!!! poke.gif

Makes an amateur newbie panel welder feel better!! Thank god for grinders!!
