Google for some pix of some FS & on here (the search function here doesn't work as well), then follow that.
I don't think either the factory repair manual nor the PET shows it apart/assembly since they were sold as 1 part (but I could be wrong) - so pix of an assembled one is the best route, & will at least give you the order of the parts on the screw/shaft.
