Finally getting a Triad exhaust for both 914's but want to get a new "shorter" rear valance for my '71. Need to replace my original "snow plow" valance which has seen better days after 45+ years... Just want to make sure the exhaust exit is in correct spot for the Triad. Going to make both cars have the same rear valance, and dimensions.

Would prefer metal, but is glass the only thing available?

I looked for a few months and never found one. Finally bought a glass version from Auto Atlanta. It fits well and looks great.

Can only find them in 'glass at Automotion or Auto Atlanta ... can't believer Restoration Design doesn't make them yet! Or Stoddard???

I have a 1973 metal valance in flat black. Been in storage since 2000. It was perfect when I put it up. Doubt I'll ever need it. Bought it as a back up as I own two 1973 2.0 914s. Offer whatever it's worth plus postage and you can have it. Can get pics if you need them to make sure it will work for you. (Bought at Parts Heaven in Hayward, CA for $175 all those years ago)
