So after all of the testing we have good feed back. The mufflers are quiet as stock and flow a bit better over stock as larger id tubing internally. We still have to tweak the tail pipe locations and may ask for a little assistance with that. I am going to offer 10 of them at 650 for intro pricing and then 900 after that. They will be made 100% of 304 stainless weighs 18lbs, 2.5 dia tail pipe, installation kit will be included, shipping will be extra and to be determined.

Updated the list. Please remember I need pictures of the heat exchangers installed on your cars so I can have pelicanparts add it to their website.
Also deposits can be made by paypal =add 3% or by check. Paypal is mbmcfarland6@ gee mail .com. (Gmail.com) these are good for mfi cars

Ben - I just wanted to offer a big "Thanks!" for being one of those who help enable us to build our dreams.
Being a reliable supplier is no easy feat.
You're on the short list of those who meet my criteria of "if I need/want it and he/they make it, I'm sending my money!"
Thanks again, we couldn't do it with out you and our other well known suppliers. Keep up the awesome work.
(And now that I have you nicely buttered up: I have this LS3 build that needs a custom muffler made....
)

I could build you the shell with no inlets but all the internals and you could weld on what you want ? Just a thought.

Can you put two center 2" GT style outlets vs. The right side outlet? Will the sound level be the same?
I have already modified my rear valance, but my car is loud.......

MY first time logging on in a week...let me know the timeline to get a definate.
I have an old M&K sport I was going to get modified to a 3-outlet rally muffler.
Would it be possible to get this with addition of the sport tips that can be capped?
Full new would be better than modding an older one right?

They are 2 different type of mufflers. This one is focused on quiet and slight improvement on stock performance which has proven over the years to be almost unbeatable..
The m&k mufflers are about pure 6cyl porn. They sound intoxicating and build off of that.. Its all about what you're looking for.

What the heck, I'll join the group buy on the last spot. My 3 year old says my not-loud other car is too loud, maybe getting a quieter muffler will make her want to ride when she's 5 and I finish my car

Ok so minor seatback but have plenty of measurements to correct now.. I tried it on Georges 73 2.7 with a 915 trans and also his orginal six. Tail pipe needs a true 90 and the angle downward about 30 degrees..

Hi Ben,
What rear cone did the 915 tranny have - stock, Vellios, Wevo etc?
What was the clearance to the muffler?

The stock heat exchangers needed a slight elongation (about the width of a muffler flange) to get the stock Leitstriz muffler to fit, but Ben's is slightly smaller in diameter so should fit even with the Vellios tail cone. I think the Wevo 915 sticks too far for any single banana style muffler to fit.

My only concern with your car is that you run a 915 with the extension s and that may skew the results.. Not that they won't fit the same..
