My 1990 VW Jetta has Black F&R Bumpers, they are horribily faded.

What has worked best for you guys when you have wanted to restore a non-painted Black surface?

Armor-All?
what else, or is that the best stuff to use?

Thanks in advance,

Scott

NOT armor all. I think Mother's Back to Black works really well.user posted image

Thanks for the Birthday Wish Jenny!

I'm glad to *read* that you're not bummed about the goings on here at the ole' 914world.com

Oh, thanks for the Back to Black stuff too, I'll have to check that out!

I've also had very good luck with "Black Magic". Pulled a dash pad out of an absolute basket case 70 a few weeks back. It was so faded it looked like it might actually be grey. Armour All did almost nothing (I know, Armour All sucks, but I had it handy). Hit it with Black Magic and it looked like new. They make both interior and exterior formulas too.

In fact, here it is: (bottom pad) Looked like a landfill candidate before.
