The bottom 2 look like the inline resistor used for the CHT, & top may be another version of it, but I'm not positive without looking at mine (which is buried the my garage boxes).
maybe check theri p/n's against the 914 PET engine/efi section.

Checked PET first. No listing for them. They go up behind the tachometer but I am not sure if they go on the brake circuit.
On the 73 they go from the ebrake on light switched ground spade to the MC switched ground.IRC. IF it is the that diode it shoud have a part number stamped on it.
If so I.d take one if it checks out.
