I know this has been discussed at length...
I may of even asked it before.

but I tried the search feature for 10 minutes (dial up) with out luck

what is the torque value for the half shaft fasteners.
the inboard/outboard allen or 12point bolts

I have new washers

for some reason I think its 27 and I also think it is 12lbs...
what is the correct value?

thanks in advance

31 ft lbs, as per haynes.

Spec Book says 4,3 MKg

4.3 x 3'/meter = 12.9 x 2,2 lbs/Kg = 28.38

there's a bit more than 3' in a meter -- i use 30-33 lbs-ft.

these should be 12,9 fasteners - that *is* a lot of torque for an 8mm fastener; "normal" is about 15 lbs/ft for your average M8 application.
