Like the subject says, my fan bearings are gone, you can hear it run from the passenger's compartment. If anyone has a spare that works properly I would be interested in hearing about it. Please PM me rather than posting here, so I can properly respond.

UPDATE- I had a PM asking for clarification, this is the electric fan for the heater, not the engine cooling fan.
