Looking for a low mileage original engine or recently rebuilt unit. Long blocks ok as well. Thanks Bill

Mike. Ideally a 2.0 but am open to a 1.7 or 1.8. As I mentioned above long blocks are an option as well. What do you have?

I don't have anything but was just going to keep my eyes open for you. I have done this so I know it can take some time. More eyes and ears helps the process.

I would suggest checking with Orginal Customs as they do a great engine. You can take a 1.7 or 8 and add 96 mm P/Cs and make a very strong 1911 for not a huge cost. That could be you best option. You would have no worries once done.

Bill, I have plenty of parts to build just about any combo you want. I could put something together in a couple of weeks, AL
