While my car was on a lift for a brake inspection, a mechanic told me that the rear sway bar links were loose, and needed to be replaced.
Could I just replace the bushings?
The links are not bent or broken.
How much fore/aft play should be in the links where they attach to the sway bar?

stock bar? just replace the bushings ...
