Those are 4 48IDA Webers on a "Inglese" manifold (stamped Cobra for a kit car).

the manifold is what threw me off.
I thought they kinda looked like webers, but have never seen a manifold like that.

not much of a maifold to say the least. speaking of four weber IDA's on a ford- road and track had an article on "the old yeller" car. similar setup.
