Hey Steve,
This seler says nothing about it being all original, & it looks to me that it may have a "1" in front of the 47K - impossible to tell without irrefutable records.
But from the underside pix - it sure doesn't look like a pristine 47K mile survivor. Geez - you can even see oil drips hanging from the case in a couple of pix! Lots of belly & mechanical parts rust, etc. - even at the rear calipers which are so rusty that they may be seized or ready to do so - all of which typically don't happen at 47K miles.
Also - IMHO this guy needs to add about 200 points to his touted 28 point inspection - plus get another group to inspect - if all that underside & mechanical crap is being passed over as being good or okay!!
This is not your red 73!!
Check with George - he may know the car & PO/history of it, especially if it was always a Southeastern 914.
PS - Steve G is near them & can look at it &/or may know the dealer, car, PO, etc. too.
