Came across this for sale
Was wondering if this was a turbo kit

That looks like an early jury rigged heater blower.

Thats a heater blower. AKA what pushes heat from your heat exchangers to your cabin.

That is a prime example of a one-off custom variable rate, centrifugal, high-amp, low-volt, forced induction system...
