Hi Guys,

I need info.??

Who sells those beautiful rear Porsche 914-6 GT badges like the one on Eric's 914-6 GT car and the Sonauto Lemans winning 914-6 GT...

Are they still available NOS from the factory or are repo's available?? Who sells them??

A friend of mine needs one for his 911 GT track/street car and I would like to have one too dry.gif

Mueller can make you one! Look in member vendors.

I wouldn't call any of mine beautiful, the 914-6 VW Porsche script you posted can be found in the classifieds, at least a few weeks ago someone was selling one.

Automobile has them also.

I've been making a few 914-GT emblems, no idea how faithful they are to the car you mention.

Mueller,

Can you do a special one off emblem?? I have a good orig. owner Porsche friend finishing up his 1964 911-S into a 911-RS Clone. Can you do a special 911-RS emblem and what would be an approx. cost $_____?

It would be a special surprise gift if it's available.

Merry Christmas to you and family with blessings to you for good health in 2018. wub.gif

You’re welcome TBlizz. Not sure what those guys at Sierra Madre are smoking or why anyone would look there first to buy anything! For Pete’s sake! They sell URO parts! RUN!

True story. When the cloisonné was still available, it was @$35. I bought one and put it on the shelf. Then Yopu told me I wanted a bigger house blink.gif and when we moved and it came time to install the cloisonné on the car, I couldn’t find it! Had to buy a second one! Luckily, they were still available through Stoddard.

I’m sure what has happened is that someone noticed that people were doing this mod and guys like Sierra Madre and AA bought the rest and tripled the price.

Jeff Hines is correct, and he is who I learned this from in the first place. The cloisonné is actually from the center of the 356 hubcap. Porsche just went to the parts shelf when they were lightening the GT.
