Hi Guys,

Getting ready to reassemble my engine after tidying things up and it seems the old gasket "stained" my heads. I can't feel any gasket material left, and I've used a lot of elbow grease and gasket remover to attack the stain, but as you can see in the pic, it's still not clean and shiny. I've read that it's ok to just leave these stains as-is, but I'm a bit OCD. I would normally next go to a small brass brush, but wanted to check the brain trust first.

Thanks...and merry xmas!

They'll be just fine. But if OCD is getting the best of you. Stuff the ports a little tighter with paper towels and clean the surface with a 2" conditioning disk.
