Hi,

I have a 1974 2.0 that I am reassembling after a new paint job and engine work. I recall removing the blower in the engine bay, and that it had one hose that connected to the drivers side only. I think I also recall that there was no hose running to the passenger side.

I have the engine tin and it has a hole on both sides - what I don't recall is was there a cover or similar that closed off the hose opening on the passenger side engine tin ?

Yes there should be a cover with a clamp.

There is a j tube from the heat exchanger on both sides to fill the hole, along with their rubber gaskets, and a plastic cap on the passenger j tube.

Thanks
