After a couple of comments about my new drivers, I found a source for affordable replica Cibie lights and some cool no drill mounting brackets. Also have replica Fuchs and other stuff.

Greg is a good guy! He's local to me here in Colorado and has got a really cool shop full of vintage sports cars. I have a pair of his Super Oscars and a pair of his Oscar Plus' that are going onto my Fiat.

THey look great and the price is right.

Greg is also on this board (GregGearhead) and sells replica Fuchs, panasports, and a few other wheels along with GTS seats.

Hey Guys - that's me! Thanks for the props - happy to help other enthusiasts.

Let me know if you have any questions about anything. I need to get back on top of the website - falling behind in the cars section.

Let me make a recommendation to you guys that I make to everyone (with sealed beam headlights). If you still have sealed beam headlights, buy some H4 headlights - it makes a huge difference in safety and nighttime driving enjoyment. Not a commercial for mine, per se, but - I've got inexpensive ones that are worth their weight in gold. [Commercial mode off]

Oh, and FYI - the Cibie Oscar Plus replicas (flat backed black ones) have been discontinued and I don't have a source for any more. I have about 7 sets left - if you are on the fence, now is the time. I'll keep looking for more, but no idea if I can find some.
Same thing for the low-profile no-drill brackets. No longer made, I've got around 20 sets left I think.

Greg, I also posted your site on the Pelican 911 Tech forum, so you may want to update your site with availability since people are looking.

Cool - thanks Rick

If and when Greg runs out of flat backs, here’s another source: http://www.jbugs.com/category/VW-Fog-Back-Up-Lights.html but please support Greg first.

Hey Rick - thanks for the words saying to support me.

Of course I am a competitor, but I really, REALLY want to point out a few things first.

J Bugs does NOT carry anything that is a Cibie replica, and those lights they do carry, are very poor quality. The big point of the lights I carry is that they are period correct and a good value.

I got requests for cheaper lights (yes, cheaper than $100 for a set of Cibie Reps or $80 for some vintage style fogs) so I carried those exact lights. However, I quickly dropped them, as they are complete shit. They are so thin, light and cheaply made, I suspect they wouldn't last a season. I had several returns after a few months, and one set I took back started rusting after 4 months.

All the lights I carry now (and will in the future, to the best of my ability) are good to excellent quality and a good value.

Oh, and I'm not trying to be a commercial, I swear, but I do carry lots of other lights - similar to the ones J Bugs carry, but again, much better quality.
