That’s a mid- late pad. There’s a little tab for the horn wire. Early is slightly different since it had the horn plunger.

The ones with the tab for wire connection will work with early cars you just add the plunger. Probably could also cut out a tab for the wire on an early one for a connection to a mid-late.
