I never did understand why -4 mounts were ever made. -6 mounts were superior to start with. Looks like a good deal.

Mark, I agree that there 914-4 mounts never made much sense. The mount style with the holes seems to be a failure prone design. Not just the 914 mounts but on cars in general. I have a mini van with that style for the front motor mount and they go out regularly. I doubt the amount of vibration transmission would be noticed. If it were an issue maybe it could be controlled by the hardness of the rubber. 914 owners commonly use 911 Sport mounts that were meant for higher HP 911 motor mounts as 914 and 914-6 trans mounts.
The have minor differences to the 914 and 914-6 mounts.
Hole spacing is a little different and they do not have the locating dit as shown in the image above that locates into the 914 rectangular plate.
Not a big deal as it can just be hand positioned in a 914.

Have you ever produced these ? They were announced in Feb 2018 and sierra Madre says not available till 2019 ????

Demand was stronger than expected, so we sold our entire first production run in 2018. We have another run being delivered in the next month or so, so they should be available again shortly. This second run was twice as many units, so hopefully we won't run out in 2019 - sorry for the delay!
