This was done with the small soda blaster from HF and a smallish compressor. I had 2 fans that looked the same. I took one apart, wiped it off with simple green and blasted away, then washed it with vinegar. My understanding is, that neutralizes the soda. Pretty cheap and it looks new.

Looks good...gets a little dusty huh?

They are balanced so mark them before you take them apart.

Good callout. I marked them so they would go together in the same position. There are weights around the edge.
