How do I plug the small over flow tube on the plastic mc reservoir when I use a motive power bleeder?

golf tee works well... its now part of my bleeding kit

I use a small needle nose vise grips to clamp the hose.

I have a package of little rubber caps from harbor freight. There’s a size that fits the overflow outlet.
