I have the conical bolt(s) but need a shift head to connect the shift rod to the transmission. Thanks.

The dealership will have them if you have one local it can save you a few bucks in shipping.

He needs the cup that goes on end of rod and cups the bushing on the side shift ball. I didn't have one, I had everything else

Not the bushing....he needs what that goes into that is attached to the shaft.
