Hello, I have been lurking hare for months, and have found a bunch of good information. I was thinking of selling my 73 and was wondering if there was a way to determine what came on my car originally, by using the VIN, 4732913726. I know the engine is not original as it has a 1.8 serial number. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

$100 to PCA for a COA and it might state what engine came with it.....that is if PCA has the compleat record for your car.

VINs of that era tell you what number the car is. That's about it ......... The Cap'n
