What color was the original ignition key and what is the Red vs. Black? Is the other key door locks? I don't have originals obviously

Black, valet keys are red.

Red lacks the slot to allow it to open the trunks & glovebox locks - ergo used for valet, but the cut pattern is identical.

If you have a working key, then any locksmith can cut you one of each, & they're still available from Porsche & any other P-vendor, since they're also used on the 911/912/912E/930s of that era.

Be careful don't mention the slot to loud, it could start another war.
