It says modified exhaust hole so I’m guessing it’s a 4, converted to a 6.
To me it looks like it is in the 914-4 position but could be modified for a 6.

You’re right. I didn’t look hard enough to see it was upside down.
By modified I think they mean that they hogged out the hole to about twice original size, no?

Yes you are right, but it still could be made into a 914-6 valance, here is mine:
