Full Version: Dell gasket leak.

These Dells are going on 4 to 5 years since rebuild. They run great but the gaskets must be leaking on both sides. Only stains and no liquid gas or fumes anywhere. These pictures represent about 6 months of stains.

So what’s the danger to keep driving for a few months or is it immediate rebuild time. I did snug the base nuts and none were loose.

That's normal for both Dells and Webers. Doesn't even mean they need a rebuild - they just do that smile.gif

agree.gif its like sweating @ the joint for want of a better word,my Zeniths were rebuilt only a few hundred miles ago and have done the same thing .
I have no fuel leaking anywhere.
