So I have read a bunch of stuff and I still can't seem to get the headlight motors to work at all. Need some expert help please.

NO power to pin 85 Relay socket

I have 12V power to Pin 86 and 87 on the relay
I have power to 56K on Switch
I have power to 30b on Switch ONLY if lights are OFF (strange?)
I have NO power to 30b if headlights are ON
If I connect Pin 30 to Pin 87 on Relay Socket motors do NOT run

I have power to both outside wires on the 3 spade connector on the Motor unit. Power to Grey and Power to Red. See Pic

I also have the Jwest fog light module

I also tested the motors separately and they work. Ran a hot to the Green and Negative to the Brown. Worked fine. So the issue seems to be no power to 85?

The motors rarely go bad. Check to make sure no mice chewed the wires under the cowl where the wire bundle goes through. Right above the mount for the trunk pull. Mice like that little spot. Ask me how I know. headbang.gif

OK, so a few hours later and looking at the helpful diagrams, I figured if I have power at 87 it can't be something difficult. I finally figure out that the unit wasn't grounded. As soon as I grounded the motor away she went!
