Sorry, I meant to say the rear right (passenger side) one.
The groove orientation is in the wrong direction so if its wet it will compress water under the tire and reduce grip.

Already explained this twice, that's how the tires are, Toyo designed them this way.
And yes, i drove it for a whole day in the rain and i'm still alive and didn't crash.
