Well after 7 years of me owning/working on this car, and 17 years total, my car is back on the road. piratenanner.gif

First stop was with the wife to the gas station

Then we hit the road and cruised around town for an hour or so. Put 27 miles on it and all-in-all everything went pretty smooth. Need to tweak a few things (like the shifter) and wring it out some more before I put some real miles on it.

I more or less lurk on this site but all the info I have gained here has been awesome and I probably would not have been able to get her on the road without it. Appreciate everyones help!

Thats cool, sounds like a lot of others have recently got theirs back on the road. Good time of the year to be out driving.

LS4 would be nice, but it just has a small block Chevy. I already want to beef that up and maybe add a 930, but that will be down the road a few years. It was hard to stay motivated working on this for 7 years, so I need to just drive it for awhile and enjoy it!

Still need to finish a few more projects on it, but I am guessing it will never be officially done. I don't have many pics yet of the current stage, but here are a few more. beerchug.gif

Looks great. Now you need to post the photo of your big smile while you’re driving it!
