Ok so new balljoints, new tie rods, new bushings, and bilstiens. Got toe close and took for drive. feels really funky and suspension (front for those who will ask) is binding up and down.

Should I:
1) grease the hell out of the new bushings?
2) run it in?

what grease can I get for the drilled and grooved wesminster front bushings?

Use real plastic bushing grease. It is nothing like regular grease. The stuff is super duper sticky and you don't need to groove the bushings, which in my opion would just weaken them anyways.

did you get that motor in and running!? hows it doing for you?

The sure cure: Meuller bushings (1st) ...pricey but worth every nickel
Elephant bushings(2nd)....not as pricey (or as gud, IMO), but much
better that any plastic thingys.

Had you asked before, yoiu wouldn't be in this fix biggrin.gif

I installed a grease fitting in each of my plastic bushings. No grooves just polished the A-arm and match fit te bushing. Now I shoot a little grease in before each event. Seems to work. confused24.gif
How ever I lust for the Mueller set up. Maybe for the stripper.
