Manufacturer is unknown, but they have machining marks on all surfaces so they are billet, not cast. 15mm thick, with index into 71.6mm wheel center bore. Minor dents on one centering flange but they will still nest inside each other. SOLD! ~~$40 shipped in the USA.~~
