Has anyone every measured the fuel pressure ........... ?????
1. The return line after the regulator going back to the tank ..........
2. The suction line before the pump

The reason for the question.
225# Gates Barricade is $4 per foot
50# Gates Barricade is $2 per foot

I'm ordering a couple brass t's to do it myself. But just wondering if some done it before.

Both before the pump and after the regulator is low pressure and you can use the cheaper SAE 30R7 low pressure hose.

The Fuel injection loop you have to use FI hose SAE 30R9.

After researching (and using) the quality standards of the SAE 30R9 vs the SAE 30R7 hose I only use the SAE 30R9 hose now, even for carbs.
Really you're only talking a couple bucks in savings by mixing the two hoses in an FI application.

It must be SAE 30R_ hose as it's rated for ethanol.

Just as a added thought, the requirement for ethanol in gasoline goes AWAY next year when the law expires. Here in Texas some gas stations (Murphy) is already selling real gasoline WITHOUT ethanol.

Just read your other post re: kinking. The Goodyear stuff is great but kinks very easily. I use the Gates for that reason.
