Fire it up. Shrink wrap it and look at it. Too pretty to drive. Well, that is how good it looks, not what I would do. The goose in the background looking on is as psyched as I am.

Interesting air cleaner mounts,is your air cleaner setup one from Europe or did you make it ? really like it
Had separate K&Ns on my 6cyl motor way to loud went back to stock air cleaner ..no regrets,fun hearing them sucking and popping but it is a pain after a while.

It is a CSP setup. Was pricey but the ability to hear your passengers is worth it. Amazing sound reduction.

I have had this this for 44 years and always drove it like it was borrowed, when it was running of course. I plan to continue with that plan.

Is that the same as the one ahnendorp sells? looks like it might only have one inlet where the ahnendorp has two, cant tell for sure though. Either way, one of the coolest parts for a dual carb/ITB setup for sure. makes the engine bay look a lot more finished.

Looks similar but it is definitely not the same. That one looks like it may sit higher and interfere with the engine lid rain tray. Got mine direct from CSP. I believe they make it to fit the bus

Tangerine built 2056 with Hoffman done AA heads. If they would have put this engine in them back in the seventies they would have sold twice as many.
