I'm starting with a 1.7 type 4 case .. What are my options from here .. ??
I have 44 webers for carbs
Trying to get some 2.0 heads They sell too fast ..

44s are too big for a street driven 1.7L, you would have to choke them down a lot. 40s would be a better choice. Unless you plan to make it a 2056, in which case the 44s will be fine.
Time to go shopping for parts!

With 44's I'd go bigger 78mm crank, 96mm KB pistons, CB rods, webcam. 2056cc vs 2270cc performance build the crank and rods adds about $1000 to the total cost.

My Budget is about 5-6 Thousand .So I need to look for 2.0 heads and other stuff Just not sure what to get .. ???

I'm booked for 4-6 months, but I build engines and/or can supply parts/machining. Shipping sucks, but no border hassles.

With your budget you could probably squeeze in a set of the new heads HAM is doing. Ready to go I think they are running $1200 to $1500 depending on how you finish them get past a lot of issues with this option.
