Can anyone tell me what parts I would need to re-build my horn button? Also, can anyone explain the order and process?

I don't have anything of help but
insulator screw kit, horn plate, horn three point spring horn boot, steering wheel contact ring

I bought the horn button repair insulator kit from you. Can you tell me the sequence of the 4 parts (black grommet, bolt, metal washer, and plastic washer)?
