When I put my car in reverse the reverse lights come in bit the indicators in the back come on (Dimley) as if the hazards are on,also when I put my foot on the brake the front inductor comes on (not flashing ) they where all fine not do long ago ,any ideas what could be the problem

Sounds like a ground wire has come off on one of the rear lamp housings. The brake, turnsignal, and reverse lights all share the same ground in both rear lamp housings. Should the ground wire come off or broke or the ground lug has come disconnected, each light may light all 3 gently. Try the turnsignals one side may work correctly and the other side will light all 3.
