There will always be someone that will not be able to make it. It's the nature of the beast. However, the earlier you can solidify, the sooner others can make plans, so it's a good thing to set it as early as you can.

Im going to let this poll run thru the weekend and call it but looking like 7th-9th with Fathers day the following weekend

The dates listed are not the same set of days of the week.
7th - 9th is Friday - Sunday
15th - 17th is Saturday - Monday

Thanks everyone. June 7th-9th is the winner, Thursday would be the travel day for those attend the Friday drive and dinner. Time to set the location, hotel and events. Please post in the WCR 2019 thread going forward.
