Paint coloring is a black magic, the more you look and compare colors, the more different some colors look. Additionally, some people just
cant see tiny differences in color that others can.
Here's a test you can take at home, to check your ability to see color hue.
http://www.xrite.com/hue-testIf you don't score zero (golf scoring, lower is better)or near zero, understand that your posted opinion about what this color looks like is probably waaay off.
of top of that, the original photo, and any of the other photos of the car, are edited. The way the color looks in person might be different too.
So to answer the original question, there's no way of knowing the exact color without talking to the owner and them being willing to share it (or secretly scanning their car I suppose), BUT you could certainly open up a color book and find many that are incredibly close.
