They cannot be the same thing. The caliper in the OP is clearly black, whereas the lower one is silver color. On the other hand they both look cool. Did you get to try them?

Those two calipers are totally different products. Top one is billet, lower one is cast. Fin shape - different. Crossover tube boss - different. Bleeder position - different.
